Where are your products made?
All BBQs is proudly Australian, and so wherever possible, we will always promote Australian made products and Aussie manufacturers.

How can I place an order on
It’s as easy as barbecuing a snag! Simply select whatever product takes your fancy, add it your virtual cart and proceed to the checkout page. If this is your first order, you can either register your details (we’d love to greet you personally when you come back!) or go through the checkout as a guest.
During the checkout process you can select any accessories you like, then nominate either a depot for pickup or an address for delivery and then confirm your payment method.
We accept credit card, paypal, bank transfer, cheque and money order.

Is there a guarantee on your products?

I live on the coast. Would your stainless steel BBQs be suitable?
Not only suitable, but the best choice.
Our Galleymate Barbecues are manufactured from 316 Marine Grade Stainless Steel and are made specifically for coasties and boaties to enjoy. They come complete with a 5 year parts and labour guarantee against rust on all stainless steel components.

304 Grade stainless steel is another good quality steel that will serve you well for many years. It will 'tea stain' if you live right on top of coastal waters but a buff up with stainless steel polish regularly will keep it in good condition.

Do I need to assemble my BBQ?
We know you want to be cooking, not tooling up. No assembly is required on either Galleymate, Sizzler BBQs or Bidji Barbi . Usually Built in BBQs do not require assembly. All other BBQs only require minimal assembly.

How long will delivery take?
We know you’re desperate to fire up your new BBQ, so we have arrangements with each manufacturer to get your order to your local depot or nominated delivery address as quickly as possible. To see exactly how long until you can throw a steak on, head over to our delivery page for details.

Can shipping be combined if I purchase more than one item?
Yes, although it does depend on your order. Shipping charges are combined if you buy multiple products from the same manufacturer for delivery at the same time. Unfortunately, if we have to ship from two manufacturers or to different locations, we can’t avoid passing on the additional charges.

Do you have a return and refund policy?

If after 30 days, in the unlikely event you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’ll buy your BBQ back. Just return it clean and undamaged for a prompt and courteous refund of every cent (excluding shipping charges).


We will refund your money via the same method used to pay for the order within 1 week of receiving the item returned in a satisfactory manner, and send you a confirmation email once the refund has been completed.

We can’t imagine anyone wanting to send back one of our BBQs instead of cooking on it 24 hours a day, but if you find you’ve made an incorrect product or size selection, or you’ve changed your mind about purchasing the item,you can send it back to the manufacturer in its original condition and packaging within 30 days of original delivery and we’ll exchange or refund it for you.  

You must contact us to arrange freight before returning your product and all freight charges must be paid by the customer.


Pizza Ovens

Zesti Pizza Ovens cannot be returned if you change your mind after purchase with the exception of a manufacturing fault. We do however provide you with 5 year guarantee on the refractory dome and 12 months guarantee on all other parts. Freight is FREE on all parts replaced under warranty. How do I know my payment details will be secure?  Do you have a customer data and privacy policy in place?

When you place an order through our website, we need to know your name, email address, phone number, delivery address and credit card details if paying by credit card, to allow us to process and fulfil your order successfully.
